Radiant GUARD® Xtreme radiant barrier is a double-sided highly reflective radiant barrier product with a fabric scrim middle layer for puncture and tear resistance.
This highly reflective metalized film PASSES the current required ASTM fire test (ASTM E84 using the E2599 mounting method) for building materials with a perfect flame spread of ZERO.
This perforated Xtreme radiant barrier is ideal for new and retrofit installation applications where stapling or durability is required.
RadiantGUARD® radiant barriers can reduce the temperature in your attic by up to 30 degrees when stapled to the underside of your roof decking or rafters. By lowering attic temperatures, you experience reduced air conditional loads and lower energy usage resulting in a more comfortable home.
Our radiant barrier products are lightweight and easy to install and require no further maintenance.
