A decent tasting bar that has good amount of protein and fiber. A little sticky and sweeter than I prefer, but not bad at all.

for my daughter and she loved the bars. Nice and crunchy with a great nutty, chocolate taste. She shared them with friends on a trip and had to hide them so they wouldn't all be eaten. I have given the friends the manufacturer name and steered them to Amazon to order them

As a diabetic, this bar is excellent for high protein. Substituting it for a meal while on the go keeps my sugar in control with very little "spiking". The flavors and textures are wonderful.
